By purchasing products from Global HVAC Distribution LLC, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions:

Ordering and Payment: All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price. The receipt of an order number or an email order confirmation does not constitute the acceptance of an order or a confirmation of an offer to sell. Global HVAC Distribution LLC reserves the right, without prior notification, to limit the order quantity on any item and/or to refuse service to any customer.

Delivery: We aim to deliver products within the timescales indicated in our delivery policy. However, we cannot guarantee delivery dates and times as these may be affected by circumstances outside our control.

Warranty: All products sold by Global HVAC Distribution LLC come with a manufacturer’s warranty. Specific warranty information can be found on the product’s page or can be provided upon request. The warranty does not cover damages due to misuse or improper installation.

Liability: In no event will Global HVAC Distribution LLC be liable for any loss or damage including, without limitation, indirect or consequential loss or damage, arising out of, or in connection with, the use of our products. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that products are installed correctly and in compliance with current building regulations.

Damage Policy: In the event of receiving a damaged product, it is the customer’s responsibility to file a claim directly with the shipping carrier. Global HVAC Distribution LLC is not responsible for any damage that occurs during transit. Customers must retain all packaging and documentation to assist with the claim process. Failure to file a claim with the carrier within their specified timeframe may result in denial of the claim. Any product returned to Global HVAC Distribution LLC for inspection must have prior authorization and follow the standard return procedures.

Disputes: Any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with the use of our products will be governed by Texas law.
